Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

How to Return

• Please contact us first with your order number so we can provide return instructions.

• Items must be returned at your own cost unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

• Please ensure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned goods have been inspected. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Fireworks – Strict No Returns Policy

All fireworks are sold strictly on a final-sale basis. Due to significant safety, handling, and storage risks once the product leaves our premises, returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of condition, packaging, or whether the item has been opened or used, except where prohibited by law.
