Trade Account Terms & Conditions

1. Trade Pricing
   
   Approved customers will receive discounted trade pricing. Discounts vary by product category and may change from time to time.
   
2. Payment Terms
   
   All orders placed under a Trade Account must be paid at the time of purchase.
   
   We do not currently offer credit accounts.
   
3. Order Requirements
   
   Orders can be placed online, in-store or via phone/email. Some promotions or pricing may be exclusive to trade customers.
   
4. Account Approval
   
   We may request basic business information to confirm eligibility.
   
   Applications are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.
   
5. Account Misuse
   
   Trade pricing is for the named business/trader only and must not be shared publicly or with third parties.
   
6. Returns & Warranty
   
   All purchases are covered by our standard returns and warranty policy.
   
   Proof of purchase is required for any return or warranty claim.
   
7. Changes to the Account
   
   We reserve the right to update pricing levels or amend the Trade Account terms at any time. Notice will be provided if any major changes occur.
   
8. Closing an Account
   
   We may suspend or close a Trade Account if it is misused or inactive for an extended period.
