A waterproof D4 grade wood adhesive with none of the safety issues associated with conventional isocyanate containing (polyurethane) D4 grades. Features & Benefits:- Excellent water resistance, suitable for water immersion - Fast setting - Short press time - It is possible to process wood species like pine or spruce with pressing times of minimum 12 minutes - Improved adhesion on difficult wood species (e.g. oak, larch) - Low timber staining characteristics; no discolouration of the glue line due to the influence of process heat (e.g. HF-press)- Improved heat and water resistance when using high process temperatures (e.g. 70°C).Rapid bond strength development. Suitable for hard and soft woods, decorative laminates, chipboard, blockwood and other engineered timber panels. A fast drying, water-resistant, PVA wood adhesive with a bond strength stronger than the wood itself. For use as a general purpose, joinery adhesive, or for applications where long term resistance to moisture is a pre-requisite of the adhesive. Conforms to the requirements of category D3/3 and D3/4 of EN204. Meets the resistance to sustained load (creep test) requirements of BS 4071 “Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA) Emulsion Adhesives for Wood".Rapid bond strength development. Suitable for hard and soft woods, decorative laminates, chipboard, blockwood and other engineered timber panels. An alkali resistant glass fibre woven mesh, ideal for reinforcement of render or basecoat plaster. An ideal anti-crack reinforcement for rendering systems. For use in construction; mainly to reinforce concrete, cement, screeds and renders, ETICS external wall insulation systems with acrylic, polymeric, silicon, silicate and mineral renders, cracking surfaces repairs and tiling (as reinforcement). Offering incredible strength when embedded into wet base coat renders and is light, economical, tear resistant and easy to use. Stabilises surfaces and prevents cracking. Can be used with Bond It Universal Building Render (BDER25). Apply an even background coat of render to the required thickness. Place the mesh into the wet render and lightly press in with a trowel to completely cover the mesh. Overlap joints in the mesh by a minimum of 5cm. Trowel over to give the required finish effect. Re-inforcement for waterproof membranes, felts and similar roofing materials. Distributes stress evenly when used with marble, stone and ceramic tiles. Maintains stability and durability when used with floorcoverings. Weight- 160gsm;Construction - 4x4mm mesh; 1 roll will cover 50m of substrate at a 1m width.
